A property seeker can make any number of searches and can contact the property owner absolutely free of cost. However a property seeker must register with us to see the details of a property and the contact details of the owner. A property owner can list upto 5 properties for FREE. There after he can go for value listing packs that are very nominally priced.

A. There are two reasons for registering free with propertytalaash.

1. We require the data for statistical analysis.
2. By registering you are giving us a chance to serve you better and improve our services.

A. It is a possibility that you have forgotten your password or are typing it incorrectly. Please click on forgot password in the login screen to retrieve your password. It is also possible that you are using the wrong e-mail id to log into propertytalaash.com.

A. Search agent helps you define a search criteria and keeps searching for properties of your choice. Twice a week it will e-mail all the property that matches your search criteria to you e-mail id. To create a search agent log into your account and click on Preferences on the user's menu. Just fill in the search criteria and lick on submit.

A. One can list upto 5 properties per month absolutely FREE. By upto 5 properties we mean that the maximum number of properties that a person can have actively displayed at any point of time.
